Before becoming the Principal of Foso College of Education, he served as a faculty member at the University of Education, Winneba, from 2000 to 2018. During that time, he taught and supervised both undergraduate and graduate research projects. He has authored books and published numerous articles in respected academic journals. At the University of Education, Winneba, he also led three academic departments: Business Education, Geography Education, and the Centre for African Studies. He officially assumed the role of Principal at Foso College of Education on November 1, 2018.
