14th Annual Congregation at Foso College of Education

Foso College of Education proudly hosted its 14th Annual Congregation on Wednesday, July 31, 2024. This prestigious event marked a significant milestone for the institution, as it celebrated the graduation of the second cohort of students from the 4-year Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) program. The ceremony, held in the College Auditorium, commenced at 10:00 am and was attended by a distinguished assembly of dignitaries, including Representatives of members of Parliament, members of the governing council, traditional leaders, families, staff, students, and guests.

The congregation was honored by the presence of notable guest, including Prof. Dominic Kwaku Danso Mensah, the chairman of the governing council and Prof. (Mrs.) Alfredina Z.P. Kuupole a representative from the University of Cape Coast. The event was further graced by traditional leaders, who played a vital role in the cultural heritage of the region, and families who came to support the graduates. The representative of the distinguished Guest of Honor, Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum, the Honorable Minister for Education, highlighted the significance of education and the college’s contributions to the nation’s academic landscape.
